Supply Chain Excellence Manager
As the Supply Chain Excellence Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing the performance of our end-to-end supply chain. You will lead improvement and transformation initiatives, optimize processes, drive operational excellence, and influence change across the organization. Working closely with Supply Chain, Operations, and supporting functions, you will help build a more efficient, agile, and high-performing value chain.
Your Responsibilities
Continuous Improvement & Process Excellence
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the end-to-end supply chain.
- Apply Lean, Kaizen, and other improvement methodologies to enhance quality, service, efficiency, and cost performance.
- Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, implementing sustainable solutions and best practices.
- Drive process standardization and strengthen governance to improve operational performance.
Supply Chain Transformation & Digitalization
- Support and drive supply chain transformation and digitalization initiatives.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to improve systems, processes, and data-driven decision-making.
- Promote agile ways of working and support teams in prioritization, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead change initiatives and support teams through transformation.
- Align stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, IT, Quality, and Sales around common objectives.
- Influence and engage teams without direct authority, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Performance Improvement & Project Leadership
- Monitor and improve key supply chain KPIs, including OTIF, lead time, quality, service, and efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects and ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
- Drive root cause analysis and coordinate solutions to operational challenges and supply chain issues.
- Deliver measurable improvements that contribute to overall business performance.
Your Profile
Education & Experience
- Master’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent through experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
- Proven track record of leading transformation, improvement, or change initiatives in a complex business environment.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile, or similar methodologies.
- Experience managing projects, KPIs, and performance improvement programs.
