Group Talent Acquisition Lead
The Group Talent Acquisition Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping the future workforce of Cartamundi Group. As a trusted advisor to the business, you will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across multiple regions and functions. You will partner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and senior leadership to design and execute effective recruitment strategies that align with the company’s growth ambitions and employer branding objectives.
Report to: Group Talent COE - Director Group HR Talent Management

- Lead the Group Talent Acquisition Community
- Lead Recruitment for EMEA & APAC

This position will be based at Cartamundi’ Global Headquarters in Turnhout, Belgium and the role is hybrid.
Your Function:
- End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to onboarding for a wide range of positions across the Group in EMEA & APAC.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deeply understand talent needs and provide expert guidance on market insights, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage diverse talent using a combination of direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and external partnerships.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a seamless and professional recruitment experience for candidates, acting as an ambassador for our employer brand.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to strengthening the Group’s employer brand through targeted campaigns, social media initiatives, and participation in recruitment events.
- Group Talent Acquisition Community: Lead and coordinate the Talent Acquisition community across countries and regions to foster collaboration, share best practices, and drive consistency in standards, tools, and processes.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to ensure competitive positioning in attracting talent.
- Process & Tools: You will drive the Talent Acquisition transformation and ensure effective use of recruitment technologies, processes, and metrics to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Actively promote and integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in hiring practices.
Your Profile:
To thrive in this role, you bring a combination of education, experience, and capabilities that enable you to operate effectively in a dynamic, international environment.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 10+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within an international, multi-country, or group/corporate context.
Skills & Competencies
- Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes across diverse functions and geographies.
- Strong sourcing, market mapping, and networking skills, with proficiency in modern recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems).
- Experience in leading TA transformation and knowledge and understanding of ATS tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, with the confidence to influence and advise senior leaders.
- Experience in leading or contributing to global or regional HR/TA networks or communities is highly valued.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to connect organizational needs to talent strategies.
- High integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Being hands-on and at ease with administrative tasks.
- Fluency in English is required; Dutch a big plus & additional languages are an advantage.
