Marketing Manager APAC
As our Regional Marketing Manager for APAC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of some of the world’s most iconic playing card and board game brands. Based in Singapore, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen our presence across the region. This is a highly visible position where your creativity, commercial mindset, and leadership will directly influence brand growth, product strategy, and market expansion. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and partners to bring meaningful, consumer‑driven experiences to life—always guided by our belief that the world is better with play.
Your function:
- Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy across APAC, ensuring strong brand visibility and consistent messaging across ATL, BTL, digital, PR, and retail channels.
- Lead annual marketing planning, brand campaigns, and channel‑specific initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial growth.
- Strengthen our direct‑to‑consumer presence by managing catalog strategy, pricing, promotions, and performance marketing.
- Partner closely with Sales to support key accounts with tailored marketing materials, activation plans, and in‑market enablement.
- Manage regional marketing budgets, agency partners, and a growing marketing team to deliver high‑quality campaigns.
- Own the full product lifecycle—from concept development to market launch—ensuring regional relevance, competitive pricing, and strong P&L alignment.
- Conduct market and consumer research to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and translate insights into actionable brand and product strategies.
Your profile:
- You bring a solid foundation in consumer marketing, supported by a relevant degree and at least 3+ years of experience—ideally gained in a regional or international environment.
- You have a proven ability to build and execute brand strategies that deliver measurable commercial impact, from awareness to profitability.
- You’re commercially sharp and understand how to translate marketing activities into real business outcomes, supported by a strong grasp of financial metrics such as ROI, margins, and P&L performance.
- You’re confident working across digital and traditional channels, with hands‑on experience running integrated consumer campaigns from strategy to execution and evaluation.
- You understand trade and e‑commerce dynamics and know how consumers behave, shop, and spend across different markets.
- You’re analytical by nature, comfortable working with data, and familiar with tools like Excel and Power BI to support decision‑
- You excel at managing multiple projects, aligning stakeholders, and keeping momentum in fast‑moving environments.
- You communicate clearly, collaborate easily across teams, and bring a structured, solution‑oriented mindset to your work.
- Experience working within a multinational company is an advantage and helps you navigate complex, cross‑functional settings with ease.
- You are located in Singapore or South Korea
