Group Corporate Communications Specialist
As part of the fairly new Group Corporate Communications team, you’ll help shape and implement our global communications strategy to strengthen corporate reputation and employee engagement. You will own day-to-day content planning, lead communications projects independently across markets and ensure consistency of narrative across internal and external channels. Through structured delivery, strong organizational skills, excellent writing skills and innovative thinking, you’ll elevate the communications function and make a measurable impact.

Content Creation
- Discover stories across the organization, plan, schedule and ensure timely delivery via a content calendar.
- Craft compelling content by writing and publishing social media posts, newsletters, blogs and intranet updates.
- Collaborate with design teams to bring words to life through videos, images and graphics.
- Guarantee flawless copy by delivering clear, engaging and polished English writing.
- Advise stakeholders and act as a trusted partner, ensuring consistent and confident messaging.
- Shape leadership communication by developing presentations, contributing to Global Leadership Meetings and preparing key talking points.
- Support sensitive communications and crisis response when needed.
Channel Management
- Lead LinkedIn presence by planning, creating, posting and optimizing performance using analytics.
- Manage website content by managing CMS, writing SEO-friendly copy and maintaining governance for regular updates.
- Oversee intranet pages and newsletters from planning to publication.
- Track and improve performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor digital trends and experiment with new formats to keep channels impactful and relevant.
Project Leadership
- Lead internal and external communications projects independently (e.g., global rollout of company values, Global Leadership Meetings etc).
Reporting Line
- Report directly to the Group Corporate Communications Director.
- Influence without direct reports. Your impact comes through guidance, collaboration and storytelling.
Your profile:
To thrive in this role, you bring a combination of education, experience and capabilities that enable you to operate effectively in a dynamic, international environment.
With your creative mindset you…
- Have at least 4-6 years in corporate communications, marketing or a similar role.
- Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing or related field.
- Love connecting with people from Brazil, Germany to India - you name it.
- Communicate excellent (spoken and written) in English (other languages are a plus).
- Have strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail. You have the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
- Have strong planning/project management skills and organizational talent.
- Are familiar with digital tools (CMS, social media platforms (mainly LinkedIn), MailChimp, analytics).
- Are comfortable with MS Office; intranet and website experience is a plus.
- Have the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Will be joining a small team so be prepared to roll up your sleeves and say yes to a wide variety of projects.
