Job summary
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Division Solutions you will work closely with divisional leadership to align business objectives with people strategies. You will act as a strategic advisor, coach, and enabler, driving HR initiatives that support performance, engagement, development, and cultural alignment across the division.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with the Global Solutions Council to understand Cartamundi group strategy and the Solutions division strategy and objectives and translate them into effective HR solutions. Partner with the CFO to translate Cartamundi group strategy in effective HR solutions for the function.
- Coaching the Solutions Council and the CFO: Guide the leadership team in facilitating reflection, dialogue, and growth to enhance team dynamics, strengthen alignment, and boost collective effectiveness.
- Business and Cultural Transformation: Lead workforce planning, organizational design and development, and change management and communication initiatives to support business and cultural transformation.
- Change Management: Lead and manage change in strategical projects, organizational development and transformation efforts to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Talent Management: attract and recruit top Talent for the key positions. Drive talent and succession planning, identifying and developing key talent and future leaders. Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, helping to build leadership capability and team effectiveness. Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Performance Management: Support and challenge leaders in fostering a high-performance culture aligned with Cartamundi strategic objectives and values.
- Engagement: Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
- HR Analytics: Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations that improve organizational effectiveness.
- HR partnerships: Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits and Communication ) and Regional HR Operations to deliver integrated HR support.
Your profile:
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
- At least 15 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior global HR Business Partner role.
- Proven experience in an HR role within a manufacturing setting. Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and operational challenges.
- A proven track record in leading global HR initiatives and collaborating effectively with cross-cultural and geographically diverse teams.
- Deep expertise in business and cultural transformation, talent management, organizational development, and change management.
- Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership presence with the ability to influence, build trust, and drive alignment among key stakeholders.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and other digital HR tools.
- A solid understanding of global HR practices and organizational dynamics.
- Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, with the ability to align HR initiatives to broader organizational goals.
- A deep awareness of cultural differences and sensitivity to working across global and diverse environments.
