Account Executive 

As an Account Executive, you support our Key Account Managers with ensuring customer satisfaction by managing orders from start to finish. You will act as the primary point of contact for retail clients, overseeing order processing, logistics coordination, and financial follow-ups. With a strong focus on quality and efficiency, you will ensure seamless customer service while contributing to the growth of client accounts.

 

Your function:

  • Serve as the main contact for retail clients, handling inquiries and providing excellent service
  • Oversee the entire order process, including customer setup in SAP, price updates, and order tracking
  • Coordinate logistics, such as arranging transportation, managing shipping documentation, and resolving delivery issues
  • Collaborate with the finance team to monitor payments, credit limits, and outstanding balances
  • Proactively inform and support clients on product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with clients, including sending invoices, tracking information, and follow-up updates

 

Your profile:

  • You have a degree in business, commerce, or a related field
  • You have experience in a supporting administrative role
  • You are a strong professional communicator in French and English
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably SAP), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
  • You have a detail-oriented, organized approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • You have a customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
