Project Manager Global R&D

As a Project Engineer in Global R&D, you will lead and contribute to research and development projects focused on process innovation and the enhancement of production machines across Cartamundi worldwide. Your role will bring together creativity and engineering to shape the future of the Cartamundi Group

Your function:

• Coordinate the development of new technologies and machines, collaborating with a team of international project managers and engineers.
• Manage R&D projects focused on process innovation from concept to implementation.
• Develop advanced and automated production methods in close cooperation with external machine manufacturers.
• Contribute to the global optimization and standardization of production processes.
• Actively seek out innovations and pursue continuous improvement within manufacturing.

Your profile:

• You have an engineering degree or a bachelor's degree with experience
• You have a passion for technology and innovation with at least 5 years of engineering or technical experience in a production environment
• Broad knowledge (for example robotics, software, mechanics, and Industry 4.0)
• You have strong project management skills
• You are analytical and have a entrepreneurial spirit with a practical, can-do mentality
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Proficiency in English
• You are willing to travel internationally
